    I don’t get the whole Rusev Day gimmick.

    But it’s over. He’s good but if he did ask to be released; I probably wouldn’t miss him.

    Edit: And didn’t Meltzer report that Rusev asked for his release like a year ago? Did plans change?

    Think he got put in the US title match for this reason.

    He might win it. He’s pretty over. Doubt they give it to Jinder. Orton is taking a break I’ve heard and Roode should be in the main event as a heel chasing the title imo.

    I don't think he's going over at Mania. Think they'll hope that putting him on the main card and making him look strong will be enough to keep him happy.

    Losing him I think would be a blow as there are a lack of over talent right now. Rusev isn't the finished article yet, but could go far given time.
