They got Joe and Roode. Bayley should be on the main roster.
Those two don't bring out families....they attract neckbeards.

Booker guaranteeing a Roman heel turn.

Bandwagons closed
I like Roman either way, but this is definitely the best play for his career.

Kalisto not on the brand with the cruiserweight division :DEAD2:
He was a United States Champion so I'm guessing they don't want to pigeon hold him.

Poor Bayley... it isn't her job to put butts in the NXT seats, it's NXT's job to get her ready for Raw or SD.

Pretty sure NXT stop being just a developmental when they started touring and holding PPVs in major arenas.

It's a developmental brand that tours and holds specials. Its primary job is still to send its talents up.

It also grew into a self sustaining brand that has a major tv platform and actual ppv and house shows.

Not even TNA or New Japan have that.

It's not just developmental anymore. That's what the PC is.

Superstars wouldn't be removed and brought up to Raw every time they lost a championship if NXT was meant to be a permanent home to any of its talents. The end goal for NXT is to always send its talents to the main roster at some point.

NXT might be doing better than TNA or New Japan, but it's definitely the "half way house" between the PC and WWE TV. If WWE wanted NXT to be a proper third brand it'd be on USA and would also have been able to draft WWE Superstars down to NXT.

You ever consider Smackdown to be developmental when they were the feeder to Raw?

Not even the same thing :lmao

SmackDown and Raw share the same roster and continued the same stories.

Even ECW when it was sort of a developmental brand had a TV time-slot and participated in the draft. NXT did not.

Bayley might be kept there for reasons you might be stating, but at some point WWE WILL bring her up.

The Club isn't fading into the sunset. AJ will take out the blue brand while Anderson and Gallows run Raw.

NXT has the network.

ECW was originally going be a dot com exclusive that travelled around too.

And it wasn't a developmental.

And bayley isn't someone you bring up with a bunch of others, either she's Sasha's mystery partner or she's not coming until after Summerslam or even Mania.

I didn't say it was, I said when it sort of was, which it was a lot of guys debuted on ECW like CM Punk, Kevin Thorn, Elijah Burke, etc... my main point was it was a proper third brand and WWE treated it as such. NXT isn't.

NXT has the network.
Being on the WWE Network isn't the same as being on USA. I wouldn't mind if Raw and SD came to the network, but you'd lose a lot of casuals. The same casuals who don't watch NXT.

Watch any of the interviews of the girls called up from NXT and you get the feeling going to Raw or SD is definitely being called up to the main show. It's like finally getting to go to the dance.

And bayley isn't someone you bring up with a bunch of others, either she's Sasha's mystery partner or she's not coming until after Summerslam or even Mania.
I can't say I disagree that it would be better if she debuted by herself. I would mark hard if she is in fact Sasha's partner.

It was never established that they couldn't still sign NXT talents, right?
