New Avatar And Signature Rules

Signature Limits: 1 Image Max In Signature 500X500 in size (1000000 bytes)

Avatars: 250X250 (1500000 bytes)
Signature Limits: 500X500 2 Image Max In Signature (3000000 bytes)

Give everyone about a week to sort out if there over the limits. In general everyone is fine with what they have now, but I just wanted to get some realistic limitations in place going forward. After the intial grace period staff will be on the look out for over the limit sigs.

You (normal members) can have 1 image or 1 gif it's upto you, but it can't exceed 1mb / 1000000kb. VIP members have 2, or a combination of both but mustn't exceed 3mb / 3000000kb

The actual dimensions in the sig I could really care less about it's more the file size I'm concerned with and that's what we will be enforcing. 1 image or gif is more than reasonable and if you want more the option is there to go VIP.
