The last gasp before being cut or forced retirement. Will most likely face some cans before ultimately doing nothing.

I'm real curious how it'll work for him. Machida just looks always in super shape so him dropping down didn't seem like much. but Shogun... his build just makes it look different if he were to make the drop. But yeah most likely fight a few cans to make him look legit again... then he gets a name fight... and gets knocked out.

But in actual good news though. Janruary 24th... on Fox... Anthony Johnson vs. Gus.

You can't sleep on Werdum's standup. He has improved a whole lot in it. A whole lot. Add that with his ground game... mannnnnn you got a top tier fighter.

So now we can finally get the fight we were supposed to get. Werdum vs. Velasquez. But mannnn he needs to stay injury free.

Tito vs Bonnarr was boring as expected. But man the entrances were fantastic. And the rest of that card delivered.

Didn't watch the UFC card except a few prelims and ouch that girls ear. And expected Werdum to win. Wouldn't doubt JDS gets the first shot.

Bonnar looked like crap. I'm still confused. How did two judges see the fight 30-27 for Ortiz and then one sees it 29-28 for Bonnar? Were they all watching the same fight?

I was switching tween there, UFC a little bit, and WSOF... Okami was fighting for their middleweight title... he got finished.

Machida and Barao were fed soupcans.

Rampage apparently resigned with ufc except he is still under contract to Bellator oops.

Lol smell the desperation from the UFC.

How many years ago was it we were arguing about Rampage being totally shot.

Rampage signs with UFC... and its like... who cares? He's gonna be the same guy he was before... a boxer that looks for the big slams... does maybe a leg kick in an entire fight... maybe, doesn't check leg kicks, slower, not as strong, just a waste. But he still has a name so its like that's why they signed him. But the whole thing with Bellator... I think Rampage is more delusional.

Sayin that oh they didn't honor their contract so I'm free to sign with whoever and its apparently about he didn't find out the PPV numbers of his fight with King Mo. He won't be fighting for a long while.

But in actual interesting news... Machida and Barao win... although it isn't all that interesting but was more expected. But that kick from Machida was lethal.

Machida was great out there, as expected. Shows the gap between a top tier fighter and the rest of the top 10.

Barao might still be feeling the effects of the TJ fight.

Rampage resigning is all about the UFC sticking it too Bellator and having another big name to make one of their atrocious cards look half decent.

For all the Canadians, TSN and Fight Network get the rights for UFC for the next 5 years.

Kind of sucks seeing as its just better having wwe and UFC on one station. And tsn hardly ever covered the sport.

Well MCGOATer beat Siver and apparently beating the number 10 ranked guy gets you a title shot, because we all know fighting Mendes isn't going to do it. Aldo finally gets his money match, and Irish people will act like his win tonight is their win.

Bendo/Cerrone and the first fight were clear draws.
