I think you need to take outside factors into consideration though. The champion is the face of your company, and to have that champion be someone who gets into publicized legal trouble is bad for business.

I don't necessarily disagree with you but his legal troubles are relatively minor enough to over look as he's such an astounding performer.

Considering the fact Jeff Hardy has had way more legal trouble and even showed up to PPV high & is still getting a PPV main event next month...

Sidebar; seriously TNA, why give Hardy another shot?

I would agree with this except that we need to examine the world we live in now as opposed to the past. Years ago, you could have a champ like this that got into trouble from time to time because those stories could be hidden by paying off the right people. In this day and age of TMZ, you can't do that, so any time even the slightest little thing happens it gets blown out of proportion. Regardless, as much as I respect Angle as an in-ring performer, there is no way I'd put any belt on a dude who drives drunk. I'd rather him get caught snorting cocaine off a male porn star's dick.

World Heavyweight - Roddy Piper- Because come on he should have had a World Title run and I'm very dispointed he never had it before so I would make him my champion :)

Intercontinental/US (second tier title if you will) - Mr. Perfect(R.I.P)- What a champion he was and one of my all time favorite gimmicks. Mr.Perfect vs Dolph Ziggler would be a great match and feud honestly too bad that can't happen.

Tag Team Champions - Harlem Heat- This had to be one of my favorite Tag Teams in WCW so I would love putting them back together and having them get another run with the Tag Team Titles even if they don't got many teams to feud with

Women's Champion - Lita- Simply because she's my all time favorite Diva

This can be done thinking the wrestlers are all on their prime, so... here it goes

World Heavyweight- Ric Flair, I think that with his mouth and his in ring ability he could lead my company any time, any place...

Intercontinental/US (second tier title if you will)- "Ravishing" Rick Rude, a guy that could lead this division anywhere and a guy that once his reign is over as Second tier champion... could be the World Champion.

Tag Team Champions- AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels, with the main guys being guys that talk and walk.... I want here the classical "spot monkeys" guys that are potential single stars that can entertain the fans with every move they have.

Women's Champion- Sara del Rey or Bull Nakano
