With this thread, I'll keep you all updated daily on the ratings impact received that week. We'll be able to see how well they're doing.

The ratings from last week's episode read

- Thursday's episode of TNA Impact Wrestling, featuring Eric Young's World Heavyweight Title victory, drew 1.42 million viewers for a 1.02 rating.

This was the most-viewed show since February 6th. Impact ranked #23 overall for the night on cable. This week's viewership was up 27% from the previous week.

Well this is certainly good news for TNA. let's see if they keep it up.

I'll all happy for TNA and everything, but I suspect that WrestleMania season had something to do with that bump in ratings. It'll go back down.

- Last night's episode of TNA Impact Wrestling did not make the list of top 100 shows on cable for the adult 18-49 demographic. The three episodes of Cops on Spike TV leading into Impact did make the list. This is especially not a good sign because TNA had no significant sports competition on cable last night.

Jesus h fucking christ. Things get worse... Somehow

- It's worth noting that none of the quarter-hour rating for Thursday's TNA Impact Wrestling were over 0.90. Impact opened with a year-low 0.86 quarter for the segment with Eric Young and Bobby Roode. They then hit a show-low 0.80 in the next segment that had MVP and EY backstage plus the beginning of the Evening Gown match.

Well, at least for this week it's important to remember that the NFL Draft and NBA Playoff's would have affected them. I admit those numbers aren't great, but they're still better than a lot of other shit that Spike airs.

What they really need to be concerned about is an airing of COPS at 8:30 doing better numbers than them. Ouch.
