I would. And I would PM an administrator telling them it was me, and asking why my account was not working. I would not pretend to be somebody else, make a welcome thread, and then lie about my identity. The fact that you are rationalizing your actions tell me that you are not remorseful and that you have not learned your lesson. A day-long suspension is back on the table for me. Tread lightly. I recommend you leave this thread and try to prove that you can be beneficial to the forum elsewhere. Because here, you're honestly only proving to be a nuisance.
