Not in the slightest...Deezy is right. Cena turns heel, he's still gonna get a 50/50 reaction except as a heel, he'll lose the 50 that purchase his merchandise the most; kids.

Kids have a harder time separating fantasy from reality so heel Cena won't be doing Make a Wish which is one of WWE's main PR spots.

Perhaps it has. This is why this current generation of wrestling sucks sometimes. I mean, yeah good PR and Make A Wish foundation are two amazing things but, I'm pretty sure they could make the heel switch with no adverse effects. I mean it's John Cena.
