Former WWE star Batista seems to have changed his tune about actively competing in MMA. Instead it seems we may end up seeing him back in WWE at some point.

He told Bloody Elbow - "I will not be doing MMA/Strikeforce any time soon. So you can see me in the future of the WWE".

Initial reports suggested he wanted to fight Bobby Lashley, but both have since sent mixed signals about the potential of it going ahead.

aka Batista started training for MMA and seen "Ow what the hell?! You actually punched me!....Shit! That arm bar really hurts! What the fuck do you mean I can't use a spear against my opponent?!"

Plus I read one article where he wanted like $500,000+ for his first fight.

Or maybe he realized he's fucking old and besides Randy Couture and George fucking Foreman no one really succeeds in combat sports at such ripe ages, and especially if they are rookies. But as JJ mentioned, Batista is probably quite the sissy boy, or realized making 500k in the E is far more feasible than in MMA.

I don't hate the guy, but then again, who are they going to sacrifice in order to bring him back? Will they kill Sheamus' push? Wade Barrett's?

Yes please. Batista was the best thing going at the start of the year. I'd love to see Sheamus turn face somewhere down the line and feud with Batista.

I see Batista squashing Del Rio, completely killing his heat.

I'm a Del Rio mark.

Dayve in MMA: LOL... SO SO SO predictable!

Meh... I'd rather he stayed away. His heel run last year was massively over-rated IMO... The IWCs reaction being more of a indication of just how fucking stale and shit he was as a face. He still fumbled his words and smirked like an idiot during promos and his ring-work hadn't got any better.

I don't know man. Batista was definitely my favorite wrestler to watch on the Road to Wrestlemania. A Smackdown return is just what I need to start getting back into it again (Edge really soured things for me)

I thought about doing some MMA training...but I got high instead. I stand by that position.

Batista's best employment options are gay porn or WWE.

I once date raped Batista. I came in his belly-button. He was asking for it with that belly button. You know you can actually rape a man in the missionary position? It works.

Vs Rey was horrible and I beleive that peeps would have started to tire of him not long after the Cena fued.

Alternatively, f they'd put him against an IWC-friendly face I also thinkyou'd have soon seen the hedz do a 180 with their opinion.
