NEVILLE'S FUTURE IN WWE UNCERTAIN AFTER WALKING OUT BEFORE RAW

The future of Neville in WWE seems to be uncertain.

Sources confirmed to us that Neville walked out before Raw on Monday and appeared to have quit the promotion, though WWE has officially denied that he's quit. Monday's Raw featured Kalisto winning the Cruiserweight Championship from Enzo Amore in a lumberjack match, with Neville not appearing as one of the lumberjacks. He also wasn't on 205 Live this week.

Dave Meltzer noted on Monday night's edition of Wrestling Observer Radio that Kalisto facing Amore wasn't originally planned for Raw and that the match was supposed to happen for the first time at TLC. Plans for the show had called for Amore vs. Neville in a non-title match before they were changed.

Neville's last appearance on television was during the segment where Kalisto joined the cruiserweight division on Raw last week. His last televised match was against Ariya Daivari in the main event of the September 26th episode of 205 Live, though he worked a few house shows after that.

Whether Neville's time in WWE has come to an end remains to be seen. We'll have more on this story as it develops and in this week's edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Interesting if true. While the CW division definitely revitalised him, after his current run with the title it does feel as though he's now outgrown that division and could easily shine in a midcard role on one of the main shows.

So let me get this straight, walking out after getting the biggest push of his career because he was booked to lose a match?

Either this is some kind of Enzo heat type of story where there is a hint of truth and it's gonna fuel tv or its just some guy acting like a mark for himself.

Either way....if this division survived after Aries left....Neville won't stop them for damn sure.

If true then it's a shame because he's consistently been one of the WWE's best in-ring performers this year. His stuff with Gallagher, Aries, Mustafa Ali, Tozawa, Swann, TJP, and he even carried Enzo to a good match.

It sucks but Neville is just another spoke on the wheel, and he must have realized that. Not a fan of him walking out, but hey sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Wrestletalk said he has been miserable since January. Maybe that is why his work was so good, because he was reflecting his own disgust with the company in his promos. Either way it is shame to see him go, but he will do fine on the indies. The Cruiserweight division now has Enzo and he is good enough to help it have some interest for now. Though they need to build more guys in it.
