Yeah I agree with Link. NXT is absolutely the developmental brand. Even if it's self sustaining, that doesn't take away from the fact that the main goal is to bring its stars to the main shows. Pretty much every time a star loses a title, they get called up which is proof right there. If NXT was a third brand, they'd be in the draft as well. Instead the brands were getting the privilege of NXT draft picks. Hell, even WWE considers is developmental. It's not like it hasn't been referred to as such lol.
