Leo Kruger always sucked.....no matter the gimmick.
I disagree, early Kraven stages he was average and showed signs of growth. Then it just went all downhill I guess that's when he started beating his wi..... Nevermind

NXT Champion: Big E. Langston

NXT Episode 32
January 23rd, 2013
Full Sail University: Orlando, Florida

Shawn Michaels is in the ring, he says Dusty isn't here but has allowed him to show off the NXT TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS! And the Tournament starts now.

NXT Tag Team Championship Tournament First Round Match: The Wyatt Family (w/Bray Wyatt) vs. Yoshi Tatsu & Percy Watson
A lot like last weeks match, but this time the faces try to take the fight early to the family but that backfires and the Wyatt's beat them down. Harper hits the Discus Lariat for the win. *3/4

Backstage: Dusty is here, SHAWN YOU LIAR! He's with Alex Riley and Derrick Bateman, he says next week they will face Leo Kruger and Ohno in the tag tournament. Corey Graves comes over all upset, he rants about not getting a rematch after the Shield got involved and now he's not even involved in this tag tournament. Alex simply says "Your feeling froggy, then jump circus boy" :lmao Thanks Alex well to nail that one. He does nothing, and A-Ri and Bateman leave. Dusty tells Graves that nobody wanted to be his partner, not even Jake Carter anymore, and Dusty then books that match tonight since he wants to prove himself.

Alicia Fox vs. Sasha Banks
This isn't good, Foxxy leads but everything feels rushed they work the vet vs. rook story, so Alicia is one step ahead and has counters for almost everything, outside Lucha Banks stuff. Sasha's bumping is what really makes the match, she then counters a bodyslam into a roll through into a small package and gets her first win. *1/2

Paige video package airs. She says the less you know about her, the better. 8D

FUCK YEAH! Renee Young DEBUTS! Ahhh man she was adorable, damn you Dean. She interviews Aksana, she asks her about her match with Paige next week. Aksana says Paige has stolen her look but made it much trashier and says she doesn't know why Paige is all the rage, but she's going to end that next week. And everyone will find out Paige is out, and I'm in.

Fucking Conor O'Brien says everyone will find out he is the true "ASCENSION" and they will see him rise.

Jake Carter vs. Cory Graves
Regals claims in a few years, Jake is gonna leave wrestling and go studying around Europe. Thank god. Graves doesn't have his lowkey dope music, now it's just this grunge shit. This goes around 3 minutes or so, Jake controls early but Graves hits a pretty sweet back suplex and takes over working the neck. Jake sells the neck at first but just forgets so Cory drops it and takes out his knee before locking in the 13 steps for the win. *1/2

Graves says if he can't be in this tournament, he's declaring anarchy on NXT. And says the next time he see's Alex Riley he's gonna make him stay down. Oh no.

Backstage: The B Team are talking, Bo asks why he helped him. Michaels says it's a new year, which means he needed a new attitude. He says what he was doing before wasn't working and needed a change. Bo says what about their past, Michael says the past is the past, they need to focus on Primo and Epico and when they win it means they are 1 step closer to the NXT titles. B-TEAM!

NXT Tag Team Championship Tournament First Round Match: 3MB (Drew McIntyre & Heath Slater) vs. Adrian Neville & Oliver Grey
Drew/Neville to start was dope, just a shame Drew is doing this awful rockstar adjace shit, Oliver is dope, he carries Heath on the mat with awesome looking arm transition holds and counters. During the break, 3MB took control of the match and begin isolating Grey. They work the chest with holds, and boots/knees it's really solid. Neville has a good little hot tag and he beats Drew with the Red Arrow. **1/2

Axl Keegan vs. Big E. Langston
SQUASH! Big Ending gets the win, he hits it again and counts to five...........He picks him up again, but the lights go out and.........................................FUCK! Conor O'Brien challenges Langston to a title match in two weeks.

And just like that, I remembered this was the last NXT show I watched for like 5 months. Or until Sami debuted.

2013 is gonna be a rough year.

Listen, I didn't know who the fuck he was too. But then he stole my heart by working the arm, with sweet holds twisting in ways it's not supposed to.

NXT Champion: Big E. Langston

NXT Episode 33
January 23rd, 2013
Full Sail University: Orlando, Florida

NXT Tag Team Championship Tournament First Round Match: Alex Riley & Derrick Bateman vs. Kassius Ohno & Leo Kruger
This gets 13 minutes so that's cool, the faces control the pace early as we go to break. When we return, Leo baits Bateman in and avoids the running knee charge and Bateman hits his previously injured knee that kept him out the last 4 months of 2012 into the turnbuckles. But, Team LeOhNo isolate the other knee, the none injured knee, tons of brutal strikes to the knee and just slamming the knee into the match. Ohno keeps getting distracted when he's on the apron, staring in Regals' direction or yelling at him. Bateman's selling of it is decent it could have been so much better, Riley's hot tag is super basic, the match breaks down. With Leo clipping the knee on the apron, and Ohno boots Alex in the face and locks in a stretch plum from the Cravat position and Riley taps. **1/2

After the match; Cory Graves runs out and puts the 13 steps onto Alex Riley.

Earlier Today: Big E says he can't wait for Connors awaking, and can't wait to see what Connor thinks of the 5 count. But if he keeps getting in his business he will put him to sleep. PERMANENTLY!

Sakamoto vs. Mason Ryan
Batista lite squash.

Aksana vs. Paige
Paige showcase, Aksana is really bad, but she's at least trying. She work's the back, but just like Paige's last match it's only at 3 minutes, so she doesn't get much of a comeback and they cut right into the finish with Paige locking in Texas Cloverleaf type hold with her knee on the back of Aksana's head for the tapout win.

After the match; Paige accidentally bumps into the female ring announces, she apologizes but then the blonde ring announcer attacks her. That damn Summer Rae.

Backstage: Renee Young is with Sasha Banks, she congrats on her first win. Sasha says it feels amazing and this has been her dream, and to beat a former woman's champion also feels great. A stagehand comes over and hands Sasha a card it reads " "Roses are red, violets are blue. I lie awake at night thinking of you" ~ Your Secret Admirer.

So during the Royal Rumble fanfest, NXT had a tournament with the winner getting a spot in the rumble. FUCKING BO DALLAS WINS!

NXT Tag Team Championship Tournament First Round Match: The Pre-B Team (Bo Dallas & Michael McGillicutty) vs. Primo & Epico (w/Rosa Mendes)
The Colon's isolate Bo early, they don't work a body part just do stuff until Bo makes his own comeback and has his own hot tag before Michael tags in and the faces takeover. The Colon's make this work with their bumping, Epico for sure looks great tonight. Primo distracts Michael long enough for Epico to drop him with a dropkick off the apron, and he takes a nasty bump landing on the apron then to the floor. Colon's have a good control period, lots of holds wearing him down. But, UGH! Bo gets the hot tag. He cleans house and hits a Belly to Belly for the win. **

NXT Champion: Big E. Langston

NXT Episode 34
February 6th, 2013
Full Sail University: Orlando, Florida

NXT Tag Team Title Tournament Semi-Finals Match: Kassius Ohno & Leo Kruger vs. Adrian Neville & Oliver Grey
This gets 16 minutes. Faces control early, they outwrestle Leo easily before working Ohno's elbow trying to take away the strikes and elbows. Oliver is really good, but outside the arm holds he doesn't have much else. During the break, Team LeOhno take over working the neck, spine, mid-sections all with submissions. Sadly the fuck this up by having Leo and Ohno basically lock in an abdominal stretch for like 2 minutes straight. Ohno would lock it in, the Leo would tag in and lock it in, it's a terrible cycle to fill time, they do it 3 times in a row before Grey just fights out, they continue to wear him down and Grey has some nice comeback spots, but he doesn't go for the tag and it keeps backfiring on him. He would eventually tag Neville in who has ha fun hot tag, and we get some real fun Ohno/Neville interactions. Makes me want to go watch their PWG match again, Ohno yells at Regal again but that distraction allows Neville to come back on him and hit the Red Arrow for the win.**3/4

Backstage: Renee Young interviews Summer Rae, she asks why did she attack Paige. Summer says week after week, she stands in the ring and does ring introductions, when she's the prettiest diva on NXT, and she's tired of hearing all the cheers for Paige. She says she's ghastly to look at whereas she's the hottest thing in the WWE, so she took it into her own hands and it felt amazing.

Mike Dalton vs. Conor O'Brien
FUCKING Conor squash, cause he needs to look good for this title match that he's done nothing to deserve. Conor demands a five count to piss Big E off, but Big E comes out and hits Dalton with the Big Ending and does his own five count. They stare at one another until E leaves yelling 5.

Backstage: Paige yells at Dusty for what Summer did to her, Dusty tries to calm her down but Paige says if Dusty doesn't give her the match she wants she promises there will be NO NXT NEXT WEEK! DAT THREAT. Paige then leaves but bumps into Sasha, Dusty says he has a lot going on and hands her another card that says it's Valentine's Day next week, and her and her admirer would like some PDA.

Royal Rumble fanfest stuff air.

Backstage: Bo Dallas is warming up when brother Bray comes over, he congratulates him on entering the Rumble match. He says Bo's 15 minutes are up, Bo says he enjoyed beating his boy Harper and can't wait to do it again. He says time is running out, but not for him, but for the Wyatt Family. AND BRAY MAKES THIS FACE :lmao

7hpCGix.jpg

NXT Tag Team Title Tournament Semi-Final Match: The Pre-B Team vs. The Wyatt Family (w/Bray Wyatt)
Way too much, Rowan and Bo, they suck the life out of the match. The Wyatt's isolate Bo with power moves and holds. Michael has a solid hot tag and almost has it won but Bray trips him up from the floor and Harper hits the Discus Lariat, Roman then covers for the win.*3/4

After the match; Bray offers Bo his hand. But he refuses, so Bray sicks the family onto him, they distract Bo from the floor allowing Bray to sneak in and hit Sister Abigail to end the show.

Not saying I'd want it or anything but I'm shocked Bo and Bray have been in the company together for this long and they haven't done a brother bo gimmick or something yet

NXT Champion: Big E. Langston

NXT Episode 35
February 13th, 2013
Full Sail University: Orlando, Florida

Tonight we crown the first-ever NXT Tag Team Champions.

Summer Rae is in the ring, Mike Dalton and Axl Keegan come out, BUT Paige bolts to the ring and chases Summer off. She grabs the mic and says Summer can run, and this show will not move forward until she comes back. Axl goes up to her, so she slaps him and he leaves looooooooooooooooooooooool Dusty then comes out, he says this show does not revolve around her and she needs to get out. Paige refuses, 1 REF COMES OUT :lmao but he's too shook to even come in. Summer comes back out and calls herself the first lady of NXT. Paige then runs up the ramp to get her hands on her, but more refs come out to separate. During this Paige hurts her arm.

In the back, Paige is getting her arm checked out.

Alex Riley vs. Cory Graves
The shit leading the shittier, they do stuff it's basic and boring. Graves locks in the 13 steps for the win.

Backstage: Paige is getting her arm tapped up for the match.

Summer Rae vs. Paige
Paige does her best, but can only do so much with a green Summer. This gets only 2 minutes so they can't do much with that, Summer goes right to the arm and works it pretty well for someone who's having their first TV match. But, just like all the recent Paige matches she doesn't get much of a comeback before Summer cuts her off by pulling her arm into the ropes and then hits a Spinning lariat for the win. **

Backstage: Sasha Banks is walking around when some slightly above average woman comes over and hands Sasha another card. It reads romance is near, but I must ask my dear to wait 1 more week. Or some shit.

NXT Tag Team Title Tournament Finals Match: Adrian Neville & Oliver Grey vs. The Wyatt Family (w/Bray Wyatt)
This gets 16 minutes, and for the most part, it delivers. Faces do a good job using their speed to stay out of the grip of these two monsters, Oliver again works the arm, and I'm starting to feel like that's his only thing. Very early 2000's Nigel feel to him. Lots of quick tags as they stick and move, Wyatt's can't string together anything, So Bray trips Grey up on the apron to give his family control. Dusty comes out and sends Bray to the back, Wyatt's isolate Grey, lots of clubbing strikes to cut off the ring. Harper is so good at just being a bully, Roman isn't good at all but he doesn't ruin the match. Neville has a damn good hot tag, he uses flips to avoid stuff and uses it to get separation. Harper accidentally knocks Rowan off the apron, and Neville hits the Red Arrow for the win. **3/4

After the match; Adrian and Oliver yell stuff as the interviewer guy tries to talk to them.

Yeah for sure, but I mean just having him join the Family or something, not even a feud though it would probably result in that anyway. Just seems like something easy to book that I'm kinda impressed they never just said fuck it and threw them together.
