No but he's saying the same shit they said.
Oh so because he said something critics said....Means......What exactly?

You're totally contradicting the shit you said in the DC thread here.

Not really. In the DC thread, I said whenever critics form an opinion on something, that becomes the general consensus which is basically what's happened with iron fist.

If it's the general consensus, then why bother even forming your own?

I'm just pointing out your hypocrisy pal, I said you were going to force yourself to like it.

How the fuck am I forcing myself to like it? You're basically saying if you don't agree with critics then you're a moron and forcing yourself.

More like highlighting your contradictory statements in another thread.

No it's exactly the same thing. Smh.
No not for you personally but you can't deny that when an overall consensus is that something sucks it kind of sticks.

Sony's VENOM Movie Gets Director Alex Kurtzman and Release Date

venom-comics-slice.jpg

The Marvel universe is expanding yet again, but this time in an unexpected way. It seems the Spider-Man universe will spawn a new solo Venom film, which has now been slated for October 5, 2018.

The tweet came from Exhibitor Relations, saying "Watch out, Spider-man. VENOM is now part of the release calendar web as Sony has slated the Spidey spinoff for October 5, 2018."

According to reports, it looks like Alex Kurtzman will be directing the film. Fans will know the director from his work on The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and The Mummy.

Here’s what Exhibitor Relations had to say about the director:

“Alex Kurtzman, writer of THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 and director of THE MUMMY reboot will be at the helm of Sony's VENOM.”

The project was teased before in the Sony emails, but plans had moved away from that at some point. Now it seems the character is once again going to be a big part of the universe.

I've been waiting for someone to do Venom right.

Any word on if SONY is doing this in the MCU or sticking to Amazing Spider-Man Universe or a new continuity?

Hopefully it's entirely its own universe.

Anything that is linked with the amazing Spider-Man should be buried with the E.T Atari games.

I'm pretty sure it's a solo film but anythings possible. Seems like an odd film to make and hard to do without Peter Parker in it but let em try.
