Guess this will depend on contract specifics and all that if they were to try and sue WWE. I'm sure WWE must have some kind of basis covered to go out on the limb and do this knowing TNA could consider to sue.Originally Posted by F4WOnline

WWE should just tell TNA that if they attempt to sue them then they won't release any talent in future for TNA to leech off of![]()

This is just a dirt sheet taking advantage of this.
As a friend and a concerned citizen, I can't let you do that in public.

TNA are too dumb to know any of this, they let Nash and Booker go and work the Rumble last year while still in TNA storylines, so I guess they'll let Flair do similar.

I think that most likely Flair is under some sort of contract that allows him to be part of other events. Or hell he could be working week by week or something.
Also if they sued over something like this their would probably be quite a bit of backlash.

Doubt there is any truth behind this, anyway, TNA wouldn't want to get in a legal war with WWE.![]()

Nash was, Booker was going back as part of the 'They' angle.
Amazingly, according to Dave Meltzer on his February 6th subscribers only Wrestling Observer Radio Show, she was actually telling the truth and had indeed signed Nash's contractual release from TNA on the Friday morning before the Royal Rumble. Dave had "no logical explanation" for this mind boggling situation, openly wondering why Dixie would bother signing anyone to a contract if she' s just going to let them out of it as soon as WWE comes calling. However, it fits her rep for being far too nice to ever be a successful wrestling promoter, she doesn't seem likea woman who would stand in the way of someone who had a better contract offer elsewhere, even if she had no legal obligation to do so.

I know Booker was supposedly going back but hadn't actually signed a deal, however I didn't know that about Nash.

In the end it comes down to Flair's contract. Does it expire before the HOF? Does it prevent him from appearing at something like this?
Even if his contract didn't allow him to do it Flair will still show up because he is Flair.
