In the video the flair part was pretty toned down in my opinion.

I think they will let him go and I don't see any reason why not maby it might get people wondering what Flairs up to and find out about TNA

I don't see TNA stopping Flair from being at the ceremony on stage to accept it, Ric Flair is easily bigger than the company itself and I don't see TNA wanting to get into a legal war with WWE. It would be much too hard for them to win or even try to do.

TNA are backed into a corner with this because if they stop Flair from going they will look like villians but if they let him go they will look weak. Even if they say no Flair will show up.
I still think that TNA should let him wear a TNA shirt to the event because most of the fans wouldn't know what it is about.

I am doubting this possibility for the fact that its already been announced. What i mean by this is that WWE would have likely contacted Flair and had him clear it with TNA before announcing the induction.
TNA suing WWE would only unleash hell fury from the WWE legal department, since they would obviously have them by the balls of gimmick infringement over countless storylines involving their product and not to mention the HOF rings of Flair and Hogan.
LOLTNA.

TNA have no chance of winning a legal war with the WWE, Vince's lawyers could drag this out as long as possible before TNA give up for one thing.
Also TNA have copied a lot of the stuff WWE have done in the past and I would even go out on a limb and say that Abyss's gimmick could almost be gimmick infringement since its almost a combination of Kane and Mankind, however I'm not a lawyer nor am I smart enough or dishonest enough to be one so I could be wrong altogether.

To be honest I think Flair will be gone from TNA before the HOF.
