Yes you can. It is done through Paypal so Paypal does the conversion into US dollars when you go to pay for VIP and it lets you know how much it will cost you in your local currency.

ok I will look into it prices are cheap but I don't have any real income, plus my interent keeps playing up, at some point I will do it though
